Marii Chief executive officer & Customer Service Wizard

Marii, just like a lot of us, is a social science graduate. Her thesis consisted of - we assume - thinking about things. According to the graduation paper she received, we can now proudly call her a philosopher!

She is also a redneck, i.e. someone not originally from Tallinn, having been raised by the wolves in some strange place halfway between Tallinn and the Moon. All things considered, she has adjusted remarkably well to the Tallinn way of life, and to the human civilization in general.

A degree in philosophy doesn't really offer a young person like Marii that much options on the work force, thus becoming a manager and partner at Tallinn Traveller Tours seemed like a good idea to her. She is in charge of almost everything related to tours, guides and offering a great service, meaning she pretty much cries any time we receive great feedback from tourists.

Somehow, she is capable of happily answering the phone at 3AM or 8PM, in a way she works 24/7, but always with a smile. Marii is also the voice of reason in the office, but she keeps the spirits up and doesn't forget why she's in this like of work. No matter how difficult the task, smiling is a natural state for her.

To summarize, she is the calm Yin to the rest of the team’s turbulent Yang. Also, she is remarkably cool for a country girl.
