Zuzana is an awesome guide. She is very caring and attentive. From the beginning, she made sure we were comfortable and tried to make sure we were on schedule. She was very informative on each stop of the tour. She gave us a great overview of each place we went to. I really like the way she interacted with the whole group and giving us tips which beer or food to order. She is wonderful tour guide. We were so lucky to have her. She is also thought about our comfort - like dropping us off to find parking. It was cold that day. Despite the weather not cooperating, we had a great time. Also i wanted to tell you how much i appreciated this service - one way sightseeing tour. it gave us an opportunity to see stuff along the way instead of being in the train. This one way tour gave us a chance to see parts of Czechoslovakia and Germany. We enjoyed the food and the beer along the way. Overall, it was great experience. more power to your company and wish you the best.
It was a good sidetrip to maximise your day otherwise wasted on a long commute. Though the weather was really gloomy, but we have a guide which makes the trip pleasant enough.
This tour was a great way to travel between Munich and Prague. Instead of taking a long train ride, you get to see multiple cities and picturesque sites along the way. Regensburg and Pilsen were great. Karlstejn castle is closed by the time you finally get to it, but there’s still plenty to see. I would highly recommend this tour.
My wife and I recently traveled from Prague to Vienna with Suzana. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend taking a Sidetrip if you're traveling longer distances between European cities. There are some amazing places and sights we would have missed if we had flown to our destination and experiencing the journey with someone from the region allowed us to learn about the area, culture and food. Thanks for making our trip that much more interesting and enjoyable!
My wife and I had a wonderful one-way trip from Prague to Vienna. Our driver and guide Susana was very familiar and knowledgeable of the sites. We visited Kutna Hora, St Barbara Cathedral, Brno (tasted Burchak :-)), Tisnov, Lednice castle along the way. Susan was very accommodating. Since it was a private journey for us, she even took us to Mendel's pea garden in Brno based on my wife's request (she is a geneticist). Overall, we had a great time to experience the beautiful wine country of Moravia. Susan was very very warm, caring, approachable. She was patient in answering our non-stop questions. Susana is not on the list of guides in the drop-down, however, please convey our heartfelt thanks to her!!
This is the second time my wife and I have used Side Trips with the Budapest to Vienna trip being our first. We were looking for a way to get from Vienna to Prague without wasting half the day just riding in a car, bus, or train. Side Trips was the perfect choice. We got off to a disappointing start with the guide showing up in a car instead of the website mentioned minivan. Since there was only the driver/tour guide and 3 of us they decided to switch vehicles. We just barely got all of our luggage into the back and it could have been a little more cramped if we were taller people. In our case it worked out. We made 3 stops along the way seeing less visited cities which were quaint, had nearly no tourists, and had very scenic views. The guide was very knowledgeable, a safe driver, and friendly. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely look into using Side Trips for our next city to city travel need.

I wanted to book the group tour and though it was confirmed through travel sites, the actual tour was full and I had to request a refund from TripAdvisor/Viator. So travelers beware - don't assume it's booked until you hear directly from SideTrip Tours. Although the price was much higher, they were able accommodate me by having a private tour, which I ended up loving. My tour guide was a local and gave me historical background about the sites and we also made little stops along the way at local roadside markets and she took me to restaurants tourists would never find. Even afterwards my tourguide was helpful with recommendations for additional sightseeing. I had so much fun and it was convenient to be able to go along with the flow (staying as long or short in the various sites on our tour). I'd highly recommend the tour company
