We loved our tour guide Suzanna! She was so friendly and helpful and knew how to answer all our questions!! She took us under her wing and took very good care of this senior bunch! We loved all the places we visited and she had umbrellas handy and mints, stopped for us to buy hot cocoa and took us to the best lunch spot, even shared tastes of her meal with us!! She was a sheer delight! Our tour guide made a great tour, fantastic!!! Thank you!
Our tour guide was Zuzana! She was great. She got us to our final destination safely. But.... not only that ..... she went over and beyond her her tour guide duty. She took us to the designated cities. One of them we stopped and had lunch. And then the adventure began. We were heading to our last stop, just leaving the city when my son said he forgot his retainers at the restaurant. So she turned around and we went back to the restaurant. I stayed in the van with my other son while she helped my son look for the retainers. They went dumpster diving for an hour! Couldn’t find it. They got in the van and he found it sitting in the van! 🤬🤯 Zuzana was calm and joked about but I am sure she was annoyed. Thank you for all your help. Then we forgot the gloves. She happened to drop it off at our hotel a few days later. Thank you thank you. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and the locations we visited we wouldn’t have thought to go to. Thank you for a smooth (sort of) trip. The booking was easy, confirmation instant. Pick up was right on time. I would book with them again if we were in that part of the world again. Yes we could have rented a car. But this was so nice and everyone had a good time.
This was such a great way to turn a boring travel day (relocating from Vienna to Prague) into an adventure. We saw many beautiful locations along the way, but the real highlight was our guide, Zuzana. She was so insightful, patient and kind throughout the long 10 hour day. We traveled with children who needed frequent bathroom stops; something Zuzana easily accommodated. She gave us a wonderful insight into growing up in Slovakia after the Velvet Revolution, explaining the different sub-cultures that have combined and divided again in the former Czechoslovakia. Best of all, Zuzana did not work to a fixed script, but just chatted easily about any topic we raised with her. This made the journey time pass surprisingly quickly in such a pleasant and friendly fashion. SideTrip Tours are lucky to have her.
This tour is a great way to see the smaller towns that would have been difficult to access unless you self-drive. We had a great time with our guide Zuzana. In winter, sky gets dark by 3+pm, and she drove us safely in the dark to Prague. Thanks for the tour.
Zuzana is an awesome guide. She is very caring and attentive. From the beginning, she made sure we were comfortable and tried to make sure we were on schedule. She was very informative on each stop of the tour. She gave us a great overview of each place we went to. I really like the way she interacted with the whole group and giving us tips which beer or food to order. She is wonderful tour guide. We were so lucky to have her. She is also thought about our comfort - like dropping us off to find parking. It was cold that day. Despite the weather not cooperating, we had a great time. Also i wanted to tell you how much i appreciated this service - one way sightseeing tour. it gave us an opportunity to see stuff along the way instead of being in the train. This one way tour gave us a chance to see parts of Czechoslovakia and Germany. We enjoyed the food and the beer along the way. Overall, it was great experience. more power to your company and wish you the best.
It was a good sidetrip to maximise your day otherwise wasted on a long commute. Though the weather was really gloomy, but we have a guide which makes the trip pleasant enough.
