Discover with us the true contrasts of Tallinn from a medieval Old Town to industrial Kalamaja or Rotermann. This 3-hour private walking tour not only covers the historic old city center but also the current popular cultural hubs of Tallinn. Let the guide know what interest you the most and the tour will be tailored to fit your needs.

Tallinn’s Old Town is an Unesco World Heritage sight that keeps surprising at every turn. With our experienced guides you will explore medieval heart of the city from bustling main streets to crooked little side alleys. Hear the stories that bring the places to life with local legends and history. You’ll see the old town hall, beautiful churches, impressive city wall and its may towers.

Right outside the Old Town you can find some of the old factories that once were industrial hubs of the city but now after many years of disuse have found new life with modern design. Our tour visits either the Kalamaja or Rotermann districts that are the best examples of this development in Tallinn.

"Best local tour of Tallinn"

Our guide Maria was awesome. She was very attentive to our desire to stop often for photos. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Her English was very fluent and easy to understand. It was an amazing day in a place that I now love!

Very pleasant and knowledgeable guide; well-thought out itinerary.

"Great way to see Talkinn"

We spent 3 hours with Maria in a walking tour and it really made our brief stay in Tallinn enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Showed us everything we wanted to see and more.

"Very informative "

Marju was a fantastic tour guide who had great knowledge of Tallin and Estonia. The 3 hours was perfectly timed and we covered lots of sites. We would highly recommend.

"Tallin in the Rain"

We scheduled a 2-hour walking tour. Julia was very good and informative about the history of the city and its architecture. Unfortunately, it was a very rainy Sept 17 when we were in the town. The only suggestion from our group was we did not get inside any buildings, except for one church which only teachers or pastors were permitted in the altar area. I should have been more specific about what we would see and if it included going inside (other than those that had an entrance fee). Generally, under the weather circumstances, Julia was very interesting and fun. She led us to a great Tallin eatery for lunch for bread and soup to warm us up!

"A must upon arrival in Tallinn "

We had a very knowledgeable guide, Igor, who provided us with useful information about the city and the country. Very good command of the English language and an easy-to-hear clear voice. In hindsight, and after touring the place on our own , we would have liked to spend more time at the lower town and less visiting the outskirts area now being gentrified after housing old factories.
