Janne is a happy-go-lucky person who cheers everyone up even only with a “Hello!” though the phone. She can organize an impromtu tour or fix a misunderstanding in nanoseconds all while keeping a smile and a positive attitude.
Janne is inspired by differences - she studies Sociology to get to know the depths of societal processes and the way humans react and create different spheres of communication and cooperation. She says the best part about her job as a customer service wizard is meeting a lot of different people from all over the world both in real life and online - it’s like the whole world is brought to her doorstep on a plate.
When Janne is not at work making sure you have the best tour possible she likes to spend time with friends and family, run in nature or dream about owning two dogs and travelling around the world.
