We wanted to travel from Budapest to Vienna but wanted to see more along the way than a train would have allowed. Our lovely day trip with our guide Noemi and driver Noah was the perfect solution! They were both professional and very accommodating. Noemi was well informed and happy to answer all our questions. I would recommend this trip for anyone who wants to take the road less traveled and see more along the way. It was a good value for the price!!
Naomi was very friendly and definitely knew everything about the history of many of the wars in Europe. We had a wonderful trip w/Thomas, our driver and Noemi, our tour guide. Stopped in amazing places. Tatabanya, Gyor, Fertud & Sopron. I would definitely recommend this trip. The only mishap was before the bus tour there was no confirmation the night before. It would be great if the company confirmed by cell phone text. Email confirmation is fine but with all the scam junk mail happening these days you never know if you are also being scammed. Thank you Side Trip tours for a wonderful experience in Central Europe ❤️
The guide and driver were very helpful and knowledgeable. The tour was a little too long and maybe too much history for a non-Hungarian. Overall the trip was enjoyable. The van was very comfortable.
What a great way to travel between Vienna and Budapest! We got to see some very charming Hungarian towns, totally off the beaten track and unlikely that we would have visited on our own. Our guide Noemi was very knowledgeable and keen to show us all the sights at each stop. The driver too was courteous, the vehicle comfortable. A great trip - for just a couple of hours add on to the regular commute between the two cities you get to see some real hidden gems in the Hungarian country side.
