Tours Robert is Doing
Lahemaa National Park Day Tour
Join us for a fun day exploring the diverse coastline and nature of Lahemaa National Park.
Robert is a Tartu native and has lived his whole life in the second biggest city of Estonia. He is studying history and cultural theory in Tartu and this makes a great base for a tour guide. Robert loves to get cultured, so even when not studying he is reading something, watching a movie or going to the theatre. He is also very out-doorsy, a good man to go on a hike or camping trip with, even in winter, when most Estonians would stay home and nicely warm.
Robert loves to travel and wishes to study abroad as well. Foreign languages are good for such ambitions and Robert makes an effort to clock in as many languages as he can. So aside from speaking one of the more complicated languages of the world - Estonian, as his mother tongue, and being really good a English, he also studies German and Russian. You can test how he good he is on one of his tours!

I went on this trip with my son 11 years old not really expecing anything specific but "something interesting". As it turned out it was even far better than I expected. We got to see some really interesting places and a lot of beautiful sceneries. That itself would have been well worth the cost of the tour. But in addition our guide Robert was fantastic, he gave us a great history lesson about Estonia and created an exciting context to all we saw (and much more...). So both of us 49 and 11 years respectively were really satisfied with this tour and can recommend it to anyone no matter of age or interests!

Robert was a great, authentic Guide with a huge history knowledge, always open for discussions and helpful in any situations.
Robert is an nearly infinite well of knowledge about all subjects. He made this trip extremely educational and interesting. Despite the rain and the poor weather, we had a great time with him and the rest of the bus. He even decided to show us his hometown of Tartu instead of the usual (less interesting imho) path. His passion for history is contagious and I would recommend this tour 100%. Merci Robert!
It was a different way to travel. We did it with Robert, a very good driver, quiet, and with very good explanations. We did four stops in the journey (including time for lunch).
Our guide was a historian and could explain to us absolutely every historical detail during the trip and the visits. 100% recommendable!
